Located between the sea and the mountains, La Dolce Vita is the perfect place to spend a few days in contact with nature, in the name of comfort and relaxation.
It is an apartment (110 sqm) on the ground floor with a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests. The entire structure is fenced.
The structure is furnished in detail. The entrances to the apartment (one in the kitchen and one in the living room, both of which can be used) are private. Fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, electric coffee machine) with extendable dining table. The house offers 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room has a fireplace and a stereo system. All rooms are equipped with TV and radiators.

Outside, the property is equipped with an extensive covered terrace and a well-kept 350 square meter garden. The outdoor area is equipped with a wooden table, barbecue and games.
The pool area is carefully set up with umbrellas, sun loungers, deck chairs, a shower and a green area with a gazebo with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beautiful days and the fabulous view. The swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100-190 cm) is completely fenced.

The two-family house “Dolce Vita” is located 3 km from the center of Collecorvino, 24 km from the center of Pescara and 21 km from the sea. Reachable by car, by bus (bus stop located about 100 m from the house), by train (Pescara Centrale railway station), by plane (Abruzzo International Airport, Pescara). All basic necessities are available a few kilometers from the holiday home (typical shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, laundries, stationeries, etc.). The strategic position allows you to quickly reach both the beach and the mountains.

Where is it: located at m. 253 above sea level on a hill from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of mountains and sea and easily reach both of them.
Why visit it: from the highest point of the village you can enjoy an extraordinary scenic beauty of the mountains of Gran Sasso and Majella. It is surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards and there are numerous events that the town dedicates to local and regional food and wine.
